Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM. Early check-in is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. We recommend contacting us in advance if you require early check-in.
Standard check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon). Late check-out is available upon request and subject to availability. Additional charges may apply for late check-out beyond 2:00 PM.
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification (passport, driver's license, or national ID card) at check-in. For international guests, a valid passport is required.
Important: The credit card used for booking must be presented at check-in along with valid identification. For third-party bookings, please contact us in advance.
Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a valid booking confirmation number. We recommend keeping your confirmation email for reference during check-in.
We accept the following payment methods:
A credit card authorization or cash deposit may be required at check-in to cover incidental charges. This amount will be released upon check-out after settling all charges.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur a charge equivalent to one night's accommodation.
Guests who fail to check in without prior cancellation (no-shows) will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Non-refundable rates, promotional packages, and group bookings may have different cancellation policies. Please review the specific terms at the time of booking.
Note: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful stay, we observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We kindly ask guests to be considerate of others during these times.
All our properties are non-smoking. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of ₦50,000 will be charged for smoking in guest rooms or non-designated areas.
For security reasons, all visitors must register at the front desk. Visitors are allowed in guest rooms between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM. Overnight guests must be registered and may incur additional charges.
The following are strictly prohibited on hotel premises:
Children under 12 years stay free when using existing bedding with parents. Additional bedding for children may incur extra charges.
Each room has a maximum occupancy limit for safety and comfort. Additional guests beyond the standard occupancy will incur extra charges. Please refer to your room type details for specific occupancy limits.
Cribs and extra beds are available upon request and subject to availability. Please request these at the time of booking or at least 24 hours before arrival.
We currently do not allow pets at our properties, with the exception of certified service animals. Guests traveling with service animals must notify us at the time of booking and provide appropriate documentation.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. Charges for repairs or replacement will be billed to the guest's account.
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend using in-room safes for valuables. Found items are held for 90 days before disposal.
While we take every precaution to ensure guest safety, the hotel is not liable for accidents, injuries, or losses unless directly caused by hotel negligence.
Complimentary valet parking is available for all guests. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles. Parking is subject to availability.
Complimentary high-speed WiFi is provided throughout the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for interruptions in service or any consequences arising from internet use.
Outside food and beverages are generally not permitted in hotel restaurants and public areas. However, guests may keep personal food items in their rooms.
24-hour room service is available. A service charge and delivery fee may apply to room service orders.
Daily housekeeping service is provided. Guests who prefer not to have daily service can request to opt out at the front desk. "Do Not Disturb" signs should be used to indicate when service is not desired.
Emergency exit maps are located on the back of each guest room door. In case of emergency, follow staff instructions and use designated emergency exits.
